Shipping and Returns
Fladraulics.com Shipping Policy and Transit Times:
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $4,500 within the Continental USA. Orders meeting this threshold qualify for free ground shipping via standard FedEx, UPS, USPS package, and standard pallet shipping. Oversized and extended pallets are excluded from this offer. Free ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, expedited, or international locations. We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and LTL carriers.
Exclusions
- Hose Reels – These items are not included in the $4,500 free shipping policy. However, we offer competitive freight rates through our LTL carriers.
- 20-Foot Length Tubes/Pipes – Due to their oversized and fragile nature, these items are excluded from the free shipping policy. Discounted freight rates are available.
Shipping Options
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers, and we do not have control over shipments once they leave our facility. Our same-day shipping cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time, and we strive to ship as many orders as possible each day.

Shipping Cutoff Times:
- Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time for same-day processing.
- Orders may take up to 48 hours to process depending on availability.
- Expedited processing options are available upon request.
Returns Process
If you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@fladraulics.com. Our representative will guide you through the return process and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Return Instructions
- Include the RMA form inside the return package.
- Ensure all items are securely packed in their original product packaging.
- Include all parts, paperwork, and accessories.
- All returned items must be in new, unused condition.
- Send the package via a carrier of your choice to the address provided on your RMA form.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of returned items.
- Customers are responsible for obtaining tracking information for returns.

Wrong Item Ordered
- Customers may return incorrectly ordered items within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- After 30 days, returns are subject to management approval.
Incorrect Item Received
- If we send you the wrong part, contact our Customer Service team immediately.
- We will provide an RMA and a prepaid shipping label for the incorrect item.
- The replacement item will be shipped promptly.
- Incorrect items must be returned within 30 days.
Defective Items
- If a product is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, contact us immediately.
- A replacement will be sent at no additional charge.
- We will provide an RMA and a prepaid return shipping label.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Cut tubing lengths
- Cut hose lengths under 25’
- Custom-made parts, crimpers, and dies
Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
- Change requests must be made via phone to ensure prompt handling.
